PHOU MAH

Phou means mountain and Mah is the name of the approximate village the mountain is named after. It is a unique and  beautifully shaped hill just on the border of Luang Prabang, a 10 minute drive to the center and a 15 minute drive to the airport. A unique location for a development such as a 5 star resort or a village of private villas with breathtaking views.  

Access:

A paved main road is leading to the Land and nature trails have been laid out on the grounds leading to the summit of the mountain, making it accessible by car.  

Advantages:

Fascinating unspoiled green-belt views from everywhere overlooking Luang Prabang, the Mekong and the surrounding mountains. A river is touching the bottom of the mountain, direct natural water access possible. More land is available and can be added.

Phou Mah is an isolated mountain close to the city of Luang Panbang, the so called “ Pearl” among Asian cities, which was officially proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Property in 1995. The Phou Mah offers beautiful views in all directions: towards Luang Prabang and the Mekong as well as to the neighbouring mountains and the mountains behind.
